Do your beds come with mattresses?

Some of our beds are sold as frames only, while others are available as part of a bundle. Each product page clearly states what’s included.

Can I try the bed before I buy?

Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely. We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK. Premium delivery with room-of-choice and assembly options are also available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock items are delivered within 5–10 working days. Custom or made-to-order beds may take 3–6 weeks. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Will you assemble my bed for me?

Yes — our premium delivery service includes full assembly and packaging removal. Just select this option at checkout.

What if I change my mind?

No problem. You can return your bed within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in original packaging. Mattresses must be unopened for hygiene reasons unless covered by our comfort trial.

Do your beds come with a warranty?

Yes. All our beds come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Some models include extended warranties — details are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible financing.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout to split your payment into manageable monthly installments.

How do I clean and maintain my bed?

  • Use a soft cloth and mild detergent for upholstered frames
