  • You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery charges.
  • Mattresses must be unopened for hygiene reasons unless covered by our comfort trial.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes wear and tear or misuse.
