We want you to love your new bed β but if something isnβt quite right, weβre here to help.
ποΈ Returns
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rtbqueries@gmail.com with your order number.
ποΈ Mattresses
- For hygiene reasons, mattresses must be unopened to qualify for a return.
- If your mattress is covered by our comfort trial, you may return it after the trial period if itβs not right for you β details are provided on the product page.
π Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We can help arrange a courier for large items β fees will be deducted from your refund.
πΈ Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
