Honestly? It's nothing serious. Every single item here is still a fantastic product — we just wouldn't feel right selling them at full price for the minor reasons listed below.

Open or damaged packaging

The box took a bit of a knock during delivery, but the mattress or bed inside? Absolutely fine. We've checked it thoroughly so you don't have to worry.
